1. Introduction

Welcome to AI StageFinder ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website (https://aistagefinder.tools/) or purchasing our subscriptions, credits, or custom solutions, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

AI StageFinder provides AI-powered tools designed to help professional speakers generate leads, draft content, and find events. Our tools include, but are not limited to:

  • Speaker Positioning Coach & Keynote Accelerator (Content generation)
  • Local Event Finder & Outreach Commander (Lead generation)
  • Transcript to Book Outline
  • Custom AI Solutions

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Pro Plan (Monthly/Yearly): This plan provides access to our suite of sales and prospecting tools. It is billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • Credits: Additional credits can be purchased as one-time payments. These credits do not expire but are non-refundable.
  • Custom Build (Lifetime): A one-time payment for a bespoke AI StageFinder build. This includes one year of service and technical support. After one year, maintenance fees may apply.

4. Fair Usage Policy (Crucial)

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and manage our AI costs, "Unlimited" access on the Pro Plan is subject to Fair Usage:

  • Human Usage Only: The service is intended for normal human operation. Automated scraping, bot usage, or sharing a single account with multiple users is strictly prohibited.
  • Excessive Usage: We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns. If your consumption of AI resources significantly exceeds the average user activity (e.g., thousands of requests per day indicating non-human behavior), we reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate your access without refund.
  • Damages: If your misuse of the platform causes technical damage, server crashes, or excessive API costs to AI StageFinder, we reserve the right to charge your payment method for the associated damages.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Due to the immediate costs incurred by AI usage, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.

6. AI Disclaimer

Our services use Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You should always verify generated facts, event dates, and contact details before using them.
  • We are not responsible for the content of the emails or proposals you send using our tools.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Platform: We own the rights to the AI StageFinder software, code, and interface.
  • Your Output: You own the rights to the specific content, outlines, and proposals you generate using the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI StageFinder is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed speaking opportunities, or data loss resulting from the use of our tools.
